Tools System Distributers/Contractors below the Amway Platinum Rank-(which is a majority of Distributers/Contractors) receive ZERO Tools Compensation from purchasing Tools System products monthly, & from registering/recruiting individuals UNDERNEATH them to join the Tools Systems. LEGALLY, Every Tools System Distributer/Contractor should receive Tools Compensation; not just a select few-(which is specifically Amway Ranked Platinums & above). (AKA: a majority of Tools System Distributers are unpaid contractors). 

  2. Every Tools System is a RACKET because the select few who recieve Tools System Compensation-(specifically Amway Ranked Platinums & above) are not paid based on what they produce for the Tools Systems. Instead, they are paid based on the discretion of the owners of the Tools Systems. LEGALLY, High Level Ranked Tools System Distributers/Contractors should receive Tools Compensation based off of the revenue they produce from having their downline/recruits subscribe to the Tools Systems. Instead, they are paid discretionary income. As a Contractor/Distributer for the tools systems, individuals should receive Tools Compensation based on what they produce for the Tools Systems, & not on their upline's/recruiter's discretion. (AKA: Tools System Distributers/Contractors that are Amway Ranked Platinums & Above receive DISCRETIONARY Tool Income). 

  3. Every Tools System is a Pyramid Scheme. This is because Tool revenue ONLY comes from Tools System Distributers. Every Tools System has ZERO END-USERS purchasing Tools System products. Pyramid Schemes are ILLEGAL, & a serious FELONY. 

  4. Every Tools System commits fraudulent recruitment through making false income claims. This is done by making false income claims about the Amway Compensation Plan. Every Tools System makes false income claims about the Amway Compensation plan to lure potential recruits. Making false income claims is ILLEGAL in criminal and civil law. 

     

  5. Every Tools System's is a Deceptive Trade Practice. This is due to the fact a lifestyle of financial wealth is promoted through the Amway Compensation Plan. However, the lifestyle of financial wealth for the Amway High Level pins does not come from the Amway Compensation Plan. It comes the Tools Systems Compensation Plans. Specifically, 80% of the income for Amway High Pins comes fromt the Tools Systems, & 20% comes from the Amway Comp. Plan. However, the Tools Systems Compensation Plans are not disclosed to prospects and downline/recruits. Not disclosing the Tools Systems Compensation Plans to prospects and downline/recruits is ILLEGAL. 

Steps for Amway Ranked Platinums & Above

To report RICO fraud, you must first gather evidence of the criminal activities of the Tools System you were apart of.
